Services
We offer appointments in the daytime and evenings, five days a week, with occasional weekends as necessary.
A session lasts for one hour, and takes place either at our offices in central Newcastle or at Etruria Road.
Sessions normally happen once a week.

If we think we can help, then we will offer you counselling regardless of gender, age, race, religion, cultural origins or sexual orientation.
Are you the right counsellor for me?
The quickest way to find out is for us to meet. After you telephone or email us, the next step is to arrange a First Meeting.
This takes courage, but can be the first step to getting back in control of your life. It’s standard practice within counselling to have a one-off First Meeting, without any obligation to continue. You can choose to meet either Glenis or Bill, and to discuss safely and comfortably:
- What led you to contacting us
- What you want out of counselling
- Something about your life and circumstances
- What kind of counselling might be helpful
- A chance for you to decide if the counsellor you meet feels right for you
At the end of the First Meeting, you can decide whether to leave it there, spend a few days thinking about it, or arrange a next appointment - in which case we would talk about when we might meet, and discuss fees and other arrangements.
We will charge our normal session fee for the First Meeting. But, if we decide to continue after The First Meeting, then the fee charged for this will be the one we’ve agreed for our ongoing sessions.
